Questions
How often will my ad play?
At least once in every loop of a few minutes, all day during each location's opening hours - usually well over a hundred times a day on each screen. Your monthly report shows the exact count.
What size should my ad be?
1920×1080 for landscape screens and 1080×1920 for portrait. Images or MP4 video up to 15 seconds. Video plays without sound. Send what you have and we'll check it, or we can design it for you.
Can I change my ad?
Yes - send us a new one any time. Once it's approved it's live on every screen within minutes.
Will my competitor be on the same screen?
We keep competing businesses apart in the rotation, and host businesses can choose not to show businesses that compete with them.
What's the minimum commitment?
Two months, then month to month. Give us notice before your next month starts and that's it.
